15.24.010   Definitions.
For the purposes of this chapter, the following words, terms and phrases shall have the following meaning:
“City” means the city of Yucaipa.
“Directory” means an exhibit or map showing the location of all streets and amenities, and space identification numbers for every space in the mobilehome park; and an exhibit or map showing the location of all streets and amenities, space identification numbers for every space in the recreational vehicle park.
“Mobilehome” means a vehicle, designed or used for human habitation, including, but not limited to, a camping trailer, travel trailer, motor home and slide-in camper, when used as the principal place of habitation for the occupants thereof. “Mobilehome” shall also mean a mobilehome as defined by Civil Code Section 798.3 and Health and Safety Code Section 18008.
“Mobilehome park” means any area of land in the city where two or more spaces are rented, or held out for rent, to accommodate mobilehomes used for human habitation, but shall not include parks which rent spaces exclusively to recreational vehicles as that term is defined in Health and Safety Code 18010.
“Park owner” means a person or entity who receives or is entitled to receive rent for the use or occupancy of a mobilehome space or recreational vehicle space, or an agent or representative authorized to act on behalf of such person or entity.
“Park resident” means a homeowner or other person who lawfully occupies a mobilehome in a mobilehome park or a recreational vehicle in a recreational vehicle park.
“Recreational vehicle” means a recreational vehicle as defined in Section 18010 of the Health and Safety Code.
“Recreational vehicle park” means a recreational vehicle park as defined in Section 18215 of the Health and Safety Code.
“Rent” means the consideration paid for use or occupancy of a mobilehome space or recreational vehicle space and the provision of related housing services such as utilities, repairs, laundry facilities, recreational facilities, management, refuse removal, parking, street cleaning and maintenance, and other benefits, privileges, facilities or terms and conditions of the residency.
