DEVELOPMENT CODE
15.08.090   Exemptions created by resolution.
The city council shall, by council resolution, set forth any exemptions to the development impact fee. These exemptions may be reviewed from time to time and may be revised periodically by resolution of the city council, with this chapter being considered as enabling and directive. (Ord. 50 § 9, 1990)
