DEVELOPMENT CODE
13.04.200   Permits required.
Any individual or entity wishing to engage in construction activity shall comply with Section 13.04.110, and provide evidence of compliance prior obtaining any city issued grading or construction permits. (Ord. 229 § 3, 2005)
