DEVELOPMENT CODE
13.04.180   Non-stormwater discharges.
All non-stormwater discharges associated with industrial and commercial activities that discharge into the city’s stormwater drainage system are prohibited except as permitted by an individual user’s NPDES Stormwater Permit or Section 13.04.100 of this chapter. (Ord. 229 § 3, 2005)
