DEVELOPMENT CODE
13.04.010   Authority.
The ordinance codified in this chapter is enacted pursuant to authority conferred to the city under state law and the areawide urban stormwater runoff permit [NPDES Permit No. CAS618036, Order No. R8-2002-0012] issued by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board Santa Ana Region pursuant to Section 402(p) of the Clean Water Act. (Ord. 229 § 3, 2005)
