DEVELOPMENT CODE
12.12.120   Abandonment.
In the event a newsrack remains empty for a period of thirty (30) continuous days, the same shall be deemed abandoned and may be treated in the manner provided in Section 12.12.090 for newsracks in violation of the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 169 § 12, 1997)
