Any additional or alternate power source required for lighting or other purposes must be approved, in advance, for such use by the building and safety department, and by the director for safety, noise and appropriateness. The building and safety department must inspect and approve all connections, wiring and components of sound, lighting and/or wiring systems prior to their use for rehearsal and/or performance.
