DEVELOPMENT CODE
10.12.020   Standing prohibited between roadways.
No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle within any median strip between roadways or within any traffic island or other area designed to separate or guide the movement of traffic. (Ord. 212 § 2, 2001)
