DEVELOPMENT CODE
9.26.020   Prohibition—Blinder racks required.
No material that is harmful to minors shall be displayed in a public place, other than a public place from which minors are excluded, unless blinder racks are placed in front of the material so that the lower two-thirds of the material is not exposed to view. (Ord. 236 § 2, 2004)
