DEVELOPMENT CODE
9.24.060   Recovery of public safety expenses.
All amounts under this chapter shall be a debt to the city by the property owner and all persons responsible for the loud and/or disorderly gathering or party, and may be collected as set forth in Section 2.32.020. (Ord. 228 § 3, 2004)
