DEVELOPMENT CODE
9.04.020   Participation in illegal games.
It is unlawful for any person within the city, to deal, play, carry on, participate in or bet at or against any game which is played, conducted, dealt or carried on with cards or other device or contrivance for money, checks, chips, credit or any other representative or thing of value. (Ord. 163 § 9(B), 1997)
