DEVELOPMENT CODE
8.32.020   Shotguns and rifles in restricted areas.
It is unlawful for any person to have in his possession or under his control a rifle with a shell in the chamber or magazine or a shotgun with a slug in the chamber or magazine within the city, and for any person to have in his possession or under his control a shotgun with a shell in the chamber or magazine within the city. (Ord. 163 § 2(B), 1997)
