DEVELOPMENT CODE
8.30.020   Declaration by court.
Upon proof that the property was used for any of the purposes set forth in Section 8.28.440, the court shall declare the property a nuisance and order that the property be forfeited, sold, and the proceeds distributed as set forth in Section 8.30.090. (Ord. 228 § 2, 2004)
