DEVELOPMENT CODE
8.28.430   Civil action by authorized recycling contractor.
Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to limit the right of an authorized recycling contractor to bring a civil action against any person who violates Section 8.28.400, nor shall a conviction for such violation exempt any person from a civil action brought by an authorized recycling contractor. (Ord. 119 § 2, 1993)
