DEVELOPMENT CODE
8.28.420   Enforcement—Authority.
The city manager or his designee shall have the authority to enforce the provisions of Sections 8.28.390 through 8.28.410. This authority shall be in addition to the authority granted to police officers pursuant to the municipal code ordinances of the city. (Ord. 119 § 2, 1993)
