8.28.370 Spills.

In transporting refuse any person, firm or corporation shall take any and all necessary steps to guarantee that refuse is not scattered. Each person, firm or corporation shall be responsible for cleaning up refuse spilled or dumped during removal or transport within the city. (Ord. 119 § 2, 1993)
