Each person, firm or corporation collecting and disposing of solid waste refuse shall deposit such solid waste only at disposal or dumping sites, recycling or composting facilities as approved by the city manager, and shall not deposit, leave, dump, drop, place or otherwise dispose of such refuse or other waste upon any street, alley, waterway or other unauthorized or unimproved lot or any other place within the city. Such person, firm or corporation shall report the type, quantity, volume, and weight of refuse removed, to the city manager, at such times as the manager may specify. (Ord. 119 § 2, 1993)
