DEVELOPMENT CODE
8.28.340   Containers—Condition.
The collector shall maintain in good repair and, as necessary, replace containers and bins furnished to customers. Containers shall be cleaned, as necessary, to control vector problems. (Ord. 119 § 2, 1993)
