DEVELOPMENT CODE
8.28.310   Trucks—Maintenance.
All trucks used for collection or transportation of refuse shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, neatly and uniformly painted, and shall carry a shovel, broom and fire extinguisher. (Ord. 119 § 2, 1993)
