DEVELOPMENT CODE
8.28.300   Trucks—Standards.
Any truck used for the collection or transportation of waste matter shall be leak proof and equipped with a close-fitting cover which shall be affixed in a manner that will prevent spillings, droppings or blowing of any refuse upon the public right-of-way during collection or transportation. (Ord. 119 § 2, 1993)
