DEVELOPMENT CODE
8.28.290   Contractor equipment.
Each contractor shall provide sufficient collection equipment in accordance with the terms of the contract with the city authorizing such contractor to provide collection, transfer and disposal services. (Ord. 119 § 2, 1993)
