8.28.250 Containers intended primarily for pedestrian use.

It is unlawful for any person to place or deposit residential, institutional, commercial, industrial, special or hazardous waste in any container placed upon the public street by public authority, and meant primarily for the disposal of refuse by pedestrians using the sidewalk. (Ord. 119 § 2, 1993)
