DEVELOPMENT CODE
8.28.210   Containers—Located for collection.
During the hours for collection, residential containers shall be placed at the curb or right-of-way for collection and shall be accessible for mechanized pick-up. Commercial bins shall be accessible to the contractor. (Ord. 119 § 2, 1993)
