8.26.010   Declaration of purpose.
The purpose of this chapter is to promote the diversion of construction and demolition waste in order to protect the public health, safety and welfare and to meet the city’s obligations under the California Waste Integrated Management Act (Cal. Pub. Res. Code Section 4000 et seq.). (Ord. 333 § 1, 2014)
