DEVELOPMENT CODE
8.24.060   Transportation of refuse (nonpermittees).
All vehicles transporting refuse shall be adequately covered and/or otherwise equipped to prevent the blowing out of refuse, leaking of liquids from refuse, or refuse falling from the moving vehicle upon the roadway and adjacent properties. (Ord. 163 § 12(F), 1997)
