DEVELOPMENT CODE
2.24.040   Estimates of requirements.
All using agencies shall file detailed estimates of their requirements for supplies, services and equipment in such manner, at such times, and for such future periods as set forth in rules prescribed by the city manager. (Ord. 42 § 1, 1990)
