Whenever the community development director or designee, finds that conditions on a parcel of property constitute an immediate threat to the health, safety or welfare of persons or property, then the community development director or designee may order the summary abatement of the conditions constituting the threat without the notice or hearing described herein. A record of and a hearing to confirm the expenses and costs of abatement shall be held pursuant to this chapter. (Ord. 114 § 30, 1993)
