DEVELOPMENT CODE
8.16.290   Alternatives.
Nothing in this chapter shall prevent the city council from ordering the city attorney to commence a civil or criminal proceeding to abate a public nuisance as an alternative to the proceedings set forth in this chapter. (Ord. 114 § 29, 1993)
