DEVELOPMENT CODE
8.16.220   Notice of intent to demolish.
A copy of any order finding and ordering the abatement of a public nuisance, which requires abatement by demolition of any habitable structure or any building with a floor, four walls, a roof and which is larger that one hundred and twenty (120) square feet shall be immediately recorded with the San Bernardino County recorder’s office. (Ord. 114 § 22, 1993)
