DEVELOPMENT CODE
8.16.210   Demolition.
No building found to be a public nuisance shall be ordered demolished if it was built in accordance with the laws in effect at the time of construction unless it is found that, in fairness and in justice, there is no reasonable way other than demolition to correct such nuisance. (Ord. 114 § 21, 1993)
