DEVELOPMENT CODE
8.16.180   Service of the abatement order.
The community development director’s order finding and ordering the abatement of a public nuisance shall be served upon the property owner, in accordance with the provisions of Section 8.16.140. (Ord. 114 § 18, 1993)
