At the time and place stated in the notice of hearing on the abatement of a public nuisance, issued pursuant to this chapter, the community development director shall hear and consider all relevant evidence, objections or protests, and shall receive sworn testimony of owners, witnesses, city personnel, and interested persons relative to such alleged public nuisance and to any proposed abatement of such alleged nuisance. The hearing may be continued from time to time. (Ord. 114 § 15, 1993)
