The notice of hearing on the abatement of a public nuisance, referred to herein, shall give notice of the time, date and place of the hearing that shall be held by the city community development director or designee on the question of the determination of the public nuisance and the abatement of the public nuisance. The hearing shall be set for a date after the time afforded for the voluntary abatement has expired. The notice referred to in this section is attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference. (Ord. 114 § 12, 1993)
