DEVELOPMENT CODE
8.16.100   Voluntary abatement of nuisances.
The owner of any building, structure or property alleged to be a nuisance under the provisions herein, may abate the nuisance at any time within the abatement period provided herein. The owner shall advise the community development department of the abatement. Once so advised, the representative shall in-
spect the premises to insure that the nuisance has been abated. (Ord. 114 § 10, 1993)
