A. The license or permit required by this chapter shall be permanently and prominently posted at an amusement arcade, and shall not be covered or removed from the location during the period for which the license or permit is issued or the devices are operated.
B. No license or permit required by this chapter shall be transferable, nor shall it apply to any premises other than one to which it is issued. (Ord. 141 § 3(B), 1996; Ord. 114 § 7(A, B), 1993)
