8.08.190   Graffiti implements—Display regulations.
It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation that offers to the public any graffiti implement for sale to fail to store or cause to be stored any graffiti implement in such a manner as to be accessible to the public without employee assistance. (Ord. 286 § 1, 2009)
