DEVELOPMENT CODE
8.08.180   Furnishing to minors prohibited.
It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to sell, give, exchange or in any way furnish any graffiti implement to a minor, except as provided in Section 8.08.170(A). (Ord. 286 § 1, 2009)
