A. No person shall place graffiti upon any public or privately owned tree, rock or temporary or permanent structure located within the city, including, but not limited to, buildings, windows, walls, fences, poles, signs, flood control channels, concrete, and paving.
B. No owner of any real property within the city shall permit or allow any graffiti to remain on any tree, rock or temporary or permanent structure located on such property.
C. Declaration of Nuisance. The city council hereby declares and finds graffiti to be a nuisance subject to abatement according to the provisions and procedures contained in this chapter and in California Government Code Section 38773 et seq. (Ord. 286 § 1, 2009)
