DEVELOPMENT CODE
6.24.030   Civil liability to city.
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be liable civilly to the city of Yucaipa for a penalty in an amount not to exceed a sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each violation thereof. (Ord. 178 § 1, 1998)
