DEVELOPMENT CODE
6.18.050   Posting or report—Notice of hearing.
Before the report is submitted to the city council a copy of it shall be served, as provided above, on the owner and/or the possessor of such apiary with a notice of the time when the report will be submitted to the council for confirmation. (Ord. 182 § 2, 1998)
