DEVELOPMENT CODE
6.12.070   Violations—Penalties.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not more than six months, or both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 163 § 9(G), 1997)
