DEVELOPMENT CODE
6.12.020   Requirement of permit.
Every person, firm or corporation engaged in operating, control or management of a kennel as herein defined shall obtain a permit from the county health officer and shall pay an annual permit fee as specified in the county fee schedule. (Ord. 163 § 9(B), 1997)
