6.04.210   Injunction.
Any violation of this chapter is declared to be unlawful and a public nuisance. Upon request of the health officer, an action for injunctive relief may be commenced for the abatement, removal and enjoinment thereof in the manner provided by law. Application shall be made to such court that has jurisdiction to grant such relief to abate or remove such illegal activity and to restrain any person from engaging in such illegal activity. This remedy shall be in addition to any other civil or criminal relief or penalty. (Ord. 248 § 10, 2005)
