DEVELOPMENT CODE
6.04.190   License not transferable.
Licenses issued pursuant to this chapter shall not be transferable, except when original property including animal establishment within such property is sold by owner to another party and provided further, that such animal establishment shall remain within the confines of original property. (Ord. 163 § 7(S), 1997)
