DEVELOPMENT CODE
6.04.094   Removal of designation as potentially dangerous or vicious.
If the owner or keeper demonstrates changes that mitigate the risk to public safety to the satisfaction of the chief officer, the designation of potentially dangerous or vicious shall be removed. (Ord. 248 § 7, 2005)
