DEVELOPMENT CODE
6.04.090   Exceptions to Sections 6.04.091 through 6.04.097.
A.   Sections 6.04.091 through 6.04.097 do not apply to licensed kennels, humane society shelters, animal control facilities or veterinary clinics.
B.   Sections 6.04.091 through 6.04.097 shall not apply to any dog utilized by any police department or any law enforcement officer in the performance of police or law enforcement work. (Ord. 248 § 7, 2005)
