DEVELOPMENT CODE
5.26.030   Enforcement agency designated.
The county of San Bernardino department of public health is designated as the enforcement agency for the city and is authorized to provide the qualified personnel necessary to enforce the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 238 § 2, 2005)
