DEVELOPMENT CODE
5.22.140   Massage therapy establishments—Hours of operation.
A.   Massage therapy establishments are prohibited from operating between the hours of ten p.m. and eight a.m.
B.   Permittees shall be prohibited from permitting clients to remain on the premises of the massage establishment after closing hours.
