DEVELOPMENT CODE
5.20.100   Violation—Penalty.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction and upon a first conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine. For second and third convictions, additional fines will be added. The amount of the fines will be as set forth by resolution. (Ord. 102 § 10, 1992)
