DEVELOPMENT CODE
5.16.110   Unlawful to conduct or promote attendance at special event without permit.
It is unlawful for any person to conduct, manage, or promote a special event without a special event permit as required pursuant to this chapter. (Ord. 394 § 1, 2020)
